Rachel has spent over 15 years working in international education.  She has held a number of operations management positions within Kaplan International English including Head of Young Learner Programmes, Operations Manager UK & Ire and Principal of London Covent Garden and London Leicester Square schools.  She has also worked for St Giles London Central (where she first met Clare Gossage!) and GEOS in Tokyo.  She feels very lucky to have worked with such diverse, multicultural teams and met students from so many different countries and backgrounds during her career so far.

After becoming a mum, Rachel has spent the last couple of years working for a corporate and consumer events agency running a busy programme of food festivals across the UK, where she spent an inordinate amount of time thinking about food!

In her spare time Rachel looks after her two mischievous sons and enjoys going cycling (very slowly), pilates and going to the ballet.
