The university is expecting to grow its international student population by a further 500 students

Through this partnership, the university is expecting to grow its international student population by a further 500 students, over the next five years.

The study centre is set to open in January at Lynn University’s campus in Boca Raton, Florida.

“This new partnership will help us continue to grow our international student population for years to come”

Study Group will provide international recruitment, and deliver student preparation and English language training to the international students.

The company will also deliver marketing, admissions and academic services.

“As pathways continue to evolve in the United States, choosing partners with unique programs that lead to global careers in exciting fields is central to our growth strategy,” said Emily Williams Knight, managing director for Study Group Higher Education North America.

“We are excited to work with Lynn, who values the special impact international students have on the culture and atmosphere of a university campus.”

International students from 96 countries make up 20% of Lynn University’s student body.

Kevin Ross, president of the university, said the students create a “dynamic campus community”.

“This new partnership will help us continue to grow our international student population for years to come,” he added.

The partnership is Study Group’s 12th in the US. The company announced its partnership with liberal arts college Oglethorpe University in Georgia in February this year.
