Country Cousins and Taunton International Summer School both in South West England have joined the group, which includes schools and colleges across nine countries.

“We are delighted our high-quality courses have been acknowledged by Quality English”

North Devon-based Country Cousins will join Quality English’s 35 independent EFL schools across the UK, while Taunton International Summer School, with its wide range of summer and pre-sessional courses, will be added to Quality Education’s portfolio.

QE received excellent feedback about Country Cousins – the third language school to be added to QE’s portfolio in 2019, after Converse International School of Languages in the US and the UK’s English in Chester signed up earlier this year – according to QE chief executive, Jonathan Swindell.

“The staff, facilities, activities and innovative nature of the school are superb,” he said, adding praise to the school’s “beautiful setting in a delightful seaside location”.

“We are confident in the service we provide, taking great pride in the fact that we know all of our students personally by name,” Country Cousins managing director Jose Brinkman said.

“We are delighted our high-quality courses have been acknowledged by Quality English and we look forward to working with them in providing brilliant educational experiences.”

Taunton School International – the prestigious private school – also “adds something different to the range of courses offered by Quality Education Colleges”, Swindell added.

“[Becoming a QE member] gives us assurance of a well-established, professional partner working with us to promote what we do,” Camilla Bryden, Head of Taunton School International explained.

“English is at the core of every course we offer both year-round and in our Summer School which we know QE will fully support,” Bryden continued.

“This union will enable two established, top quality organisations to work together expanding the reach of English language and education in the UK.”
