StuHomes anticipates during the summer it will specialise for language students attending summer courses

Stuhomes Kirby Street is a 128-room residence in the heart of the city, and within walking distance of universities popular among international students such as London School of Economics, Kings College London, City University London and SOAS.

It is the first solely-run property by Education Travel & Leisure Limited, which also runs residences across London, in addition to locations in Dublin and Brighton through its GoBritanya brand.

The company has worked hard not just to ensure its survival during the pandemic, but also to “continue to grow and strengthen our position”, according to Erhan Sengur, founder and director. GoBritanya will also soon announce more residences it has added to its portfolio, he detailed.

Erhan Sengur is founder and director of Stuhomes and GoBritanya.

“Stuhomes Kirby Street is a premium residence providing luxury studios for students wishing to pursue their academic goals in the heart of London,” he said.

The new property features large smartly-designed studios, communal areas, landscaped outdoor spaces and a 24-hour onsite operations team.

The 128-room property consists of classic and premium rooms across six floors, which are available for 43- or 51-week contracts as well as short let and summer stays.

“We work in close partnership with global partners to deliver an outstanding experience for students”

“The pandemic has taught us many lessons, thinking about students’ safety, following government guidelines, we have overcome our biggest challenges since we first opened,” Sengur told The PIE.

Founded in September 2021, Stuhomes is also looking to add more to its portfolio, while also placing customer satisfaction at the heart of its strategy.

“Stuhomes has many working relationships with different partners from all over the word, working in a close partnership with them to deliver an outstanding experience for their students,” Sengur noted.

“We listen to agency requests for each of their students, and we accommodate accordingly to their needs. Through our additional services packages, offering airport transfers, kitchen/ bedding packs, student insurance our partners can book with us with ease and confidence knowing we will take care of the rest.”
