Best of Both allows students to start their English language studies as soon as they wish using Kaplan’s online K+ Live program.

Once schools re-open and travel is possible, students can continue their studies at one of Kaplan’s schools across six English-speaking countries.

“The challenges our sector faces in these unprecedented times require innovative thinking”

The reduced online tuition fee for K+ Live will apply for the face-to-face classroom tuition in one of the Kaplan schools.

“The challenges our sector faces in these unprecedented times require innovative thinking and bold action,” said David Fougere, chief operating officer of Kaplan International Languages.

“With Best of Both, students don’t have to wait before beginning their language learning. They can start now at home with K+ Live and then enjoy Kaplan’s immersive experience at the Kaplan school of their choice.

“At the same time, we have reviewed our tuition fees and terms and conditions to help overcome any hesitation a student might have about investing in their learning right now,” Fougere added.

K+ Live is a blended learning suite that makes Kaplan’s immersive in-classroom tuition available at home. It provides virtual classroom lessons, taught online with Kaplan’s highly qualified English teachers, and combines them with Kaplan’s unique K+ package of online resources, study clubs and online social clubs and activities.

Kaplan is backing this offer with their Book with Confidence Guarantee – if a student is unable to travel because of Covid-19-related restrictions, they can postpone the course or take it online instead.

Kaplan runs English language schools in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

  1. I’m surprised Pie have reported this and included the line ‘highly qualified English teachers’. Has this been verified? I wonder if the British Council would be happy with that? I might think this more likely in Kaplan’s own marketing but not from Pie News.
