ISIS holds agent seminar in Russia for partners

Global education company, ISIS Education Group, held its annual agent seminar in Moscow and St.Petersburg, Russia this year – a growing market for the UK and Canada – training agents on its new products and introducing them to its newly acquired schools in the UK and Canada and a new pathway division for agency clients keen to consider university education.

Over 45 agents attended the two-day event to discuss ISIS’s growing product range.

UK-based ISIS acquired Maple Leaf College in Canada (operating as Eurocentres) and UIC in London over the past year. It has also revealed a new division, ISIS Pathways, which is being headed up by David Anthonisz, ex-Embassy.

“We need to share information with our agents whom we view as key partners to our growth”

“We believe the new additions to our existing portfolios will be very attractive to our partners and clients,” Magdalena Link, Director of Sales at Eurocentres Canada, told The PIE News.

“Our philosophy is simple, in order to succeed and develop in any markets we need to share information with our agents whom we view as key partners to our growth and further development.”

Language programmes covered at the seminars included ISIS’s new on-campus pathway programme helping students from any educational background stream into degree and diploma programmes as well as ISIS’s established junior programmes in the UK – popular with the Russian market in the summer and off season.

Describing the aim of the annual event, Link explained, “the workshops give the agents an opportunity to meet ISIS representatives as well as their peers and colleagues in the field in one place, without having to travel. We bring ISIS to them.”

“Most importantly it gives all parties a chance to interactively learn, share and give constructive feedback about our products and industry trends.”

Founded in 1991, ISIS Education Group sends over 12,000 students on educational tours while over 10,000 foreign students enrol on its summer English language programmes.
