AIU London launches dual American, British MBA in UK

AIU is part of the publicly traded Career Education Corporation which also includes Le Cordon Bleu

The dual MBA follows a similar initiative between the two institutions introduced last year for a dual undergraduate business degree programme.

Randolf Cooper, Campus Director and Vice President of Academic Affairs for AIU London, said that the globalisation of education doesn’t always “equate to exportation but also bringing an international education to students in the UK”.

“As globally-aware students in this country look towards ‘value for money’ education propositions, they will soon see that there are advantages in considering the option of attaining a truly international dual MBA without having to leave the UK,” he said.

The dual MBA is available to students at AIU London. The dual degree will be accredited by New Buckinghamshire University in the UK and through AIU’s accrediting body The Higher Learning Commission in the US.

Founded in 1970, AIU is part of the publicly traded Career Education Corporation, a career focused educational services company. Other schools in the group include Le Cordon Bleu and the International Academy of Design & Technology.
