Rick brings 15+ years of senior executive experience in public/private ventures, including Founder/Managing Director of ILSC GlobalFoundations; SVP/Portfolio Management at Shorelight Education; and SVP/GM of the US division of Kaplan Global Solutions (university services), and co-founder of Kaplan’s Online Program Management firm, Colloquy (now Everspring). Having launched dozens of programs in close collaboration with universities and companies around the world, and built education-focused organisations up to $100M in revenue, Rick brings to TheParliamentGroup’s clients on-call expertise to launch their pressing initiatives.
