Nottingham University International College, UK. Emily Maddock has been appointed Head of College Services at Nottingham University International College. Emily has over 15 years’ experience in HE, mostly within international development, and most recently as College Registrar at The University of Derby.  She started her career in Admissions, Marketing and Recruitment at Northumbria University, and after a stint teaching, moved into international development with a focus on research students.  Emily is passionate about staff development, including how it can inform student experience, as well as promoting equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing activities. She has extensive experience of policy review and writing, student recruitment, and UKVI compliance.
