University of Derby, UK. Yusuff Kaffo has started two new roles this new year, one as the head of international recruitment at the University of Derby, alongside joining BUILA’s Executive Team. He is also currently a co-chair of the BUILA Regional Interest Group.  With over 15 years of experience, Yusuff’s recent roles include associate director of international recruitment at University of Wolverhampton, senior international recruitment manager at the University of Salford and multiple positions at the University of Central Lancashire in recruitment, admissions and widening participation roles. At Wolverhampton, Yusuff led a diverse team in developing and executing recruitment strategies across key global markets.
