Vinson Tam has been promoted to the role of director, regional recruitment services at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, within the University Services division, effective June 2026. Previously associate director, Vinson continues to lead and scale RRS — a university-branded, in-country representation service operating across 13 countries with more than 40 student recruitment experts, delivering consistent, structured representation at scale — serving global university clients across key regions worldwide. He is based in Kuala Lumpur.
