Kaplan Assessments, Global. Victoria Clark has been appointed commercial director at Kaplan Assessments, bringing extensive experience from education policy and assessment into professional and workforce skills assessment. With over 20 years’ experience, she operates at the intersection of assessment, policy, and commercial strategy, and is recognised for shaping national approaches to testing and system reform. Victoria joins from the British Council, where she founded and led the Global Assessment Solutions function, repositioning assessment as a strategic, solutions-led offer for governments and institutions. Victoria combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to align high-quality assessment with policy and workforce needs, and will lead Kaplan’s global growth and partnerships.
