In this role, Troy will help global clients realise maximum value from Ascent One’s connected ecosystem, driving outcomes in admissions, agent management, and marketing. With over a decade of global client success leadership, Troy combines data-driven KPI management with practical, frontline initiatives to deliver rapid, measurable results. Most recently at the University of Newcastle’s Global Office, he drove four consecutive years of record international student enrolment and conversion. A recognised expert in international education data, insights, and systems, Troy has contributed to AUIDF working groups and spoke on tech stacks at The PIE Live Asia Pacific 2025, telling delegates: “The strategic advantage of a single, modular technology stack lies in the profound efficiencies it unlocks, enabling organisations to redeploy their most valuable talent from routine administrative duties toward revenue- and growth-generating activities”.
