Higher Ed Partners, UK. Tom Windle has joined Higher Ed Partners as director of UK partnerships. Following senior director and partnerships development roles at University of Surrey, UCL, and Royal Holloway, Tom brings over 20 years of leadership in international higher education to the role. At HEP, he will help shape a strategy for delivering growth and impact for UK university partners, working closely with institutions to expand access to high-quality online learning and widening participation. Whether forging new collaborations or supporting portfolio growth, Tom’s role is all about helping universities scale their online education, become globally competitive, and reach more learners.
