Affinitas Education, UK. Thomas Rajzbaum has been appointed CEO of Affinitas, a platform of 20 international and bilingual schools across Europe and the Americas. Thomas brings more than 20 years’ leadership experience across Europe, where he has supported the growth and transformation of international companies across a number of different sectors. Prior to joining Affinitas, Thomas was  partner at EQT Group, where he founded the French office for its infrastructure strategy and led the education sector across Europe. Deeply motivated by the mission of education, Thomas serves as vice president of the ESCP Business School Foundation, helping to raise funds for scholarships for under-privileged students.
