NEAS, Australia. NEAS Australia has announced that Tanya Buchanan will take on the role of Chair of the Board of Directors. Tanya brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the not-for-profit sector for most of her career. She is the current CEO of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and has also served on multiple boards. She is currently Deputy Chair of the Asbestos Diseases Research Foundation. As the organisation celebrates 30 years of independent and rigorous Quality Assurance in Australia in 2020, Tanya hopes to continue to NEAS’s work to ensure the growth and support of Australia’s International Education through Quality Assurance in English Language Teaching.
