Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands. Stepehn Orme has been appointed as head of business development and operations at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. With over 20 years of experience in the international education sector, including roles in public and private institutions as well as EdTech, Stephen began his career at Leiden University. He then moved to Nuffic, followed by a transition to the pathway sector and a position as vice president of partnerships at Studyportals. In his new role, Stephen will work across departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth. He will oversee Wittenborg’s transnational education projects, including managing curriculum delivery at the university’s partner institution, New European College (NEC) in Munich, and leading the introduction of Wittenborg’s bachelor (first year) program at OnCampus Amsterdam.

Additionally, Stephen is a board member of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) where he has held various voluntary positions throughout his career.
