Oxford Summer Courses, UK. Sam Bufton has joined Oxford Summer Courses as director, global agent sales, to manage and grow the company’s agent network around the world. Sam has held senior sales and marketing positions within international education for over 15 years, beginning as chief commercial officer at LAL and most recently as sales and marketing director at Bell English.
