Ralph has been appointed as Chairman of Winter’s International School Finder, a digital platform that helps parents to find and place their children in schools worldwide. Ralph has previously served as headmaster at three internationally regarded schools, first at Sydney Grammar School in Australia. He then returned to the UK and took up the role of headmaster at Oundle School in Northamptonshire. Between 2005 and 2016, Ralph was headmaster at Winchester College. He brings a breadth of experience to the Winter’s board. He also currently serves as the Chairman of the Cothill Educational Trust.
