Nido Living, Spain. Rafael Fernández-Ladreda has been appointed chief integration officer of Nido Living, leading the successful integration of Nido Living and the recently acquired Livensia Living. In the newly created role, Rafael will support Nido’s business strategy, ensuring people, systems and processes are successfully integrated and optimised for driving future success of the platform. Rafael brings a wealth of experience in industrial leadership and business strategy, leading transformations, post-merger integrations, and scale-ups in manufacturing and technology-enabled industries. Over the past decade, he has delivered fast, measurable profitability improvements and led value-creation programs across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, Rafael also brings a strong international perspective to his leadership.
