IDP Connect, Global. Rachel MacSween has recently joined the team at IDP Connect in the role of director of client partnerships for UK and Europe. Rachel will become the latest member of the IDP Connect Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for go-to-market strategies within the UK, and will play a central role in the development and delivery of IDP Connect’s suite of services, ensuring that they are tailored to our clients’ needs, driving diversity, volume and quality through strategic partnerships, data-driven insight and our Offer in Principle service. Rachel joins from the role of director of international recruitment, partnerships and mobility at the University of York, where she has been a member of the IDP Connect Advisory Panel. She has also worked at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and spent seven years with Navitas, where she worked in roles at Edinburgh Napier University and in Melbourne at La Trobe University.
