Kaplan International Pathways, UK. Rachel Kimber has been appointed to lead Kaplan International Pathways’ Alumni Engagement Team, strengthening connections with more than 85,000 graduates worldwide. The remit includes celebrating student success, supporting career development and building a vibrant, lifelong alumni community in partnership with Kaplan’s university network. In addition to this new role, Rachel will continue to oversee Kaplan Testing Services and the University Placement Service, which supports thousands of students each year in progressing to higher education. Rachel has worked at Kaplan for over 20 years, leading on student progression, outcomes data and the Kaplan Test of English.  Her work bridges digital innovation and student-centred support, offering a critical perspective on metrics that drive international education. Rachel said: “Engaging with 85,000 alumni is both a challenge and an incredible opportunity.
