University of San Francisco, US. Prathamesh Paingankar has stepped into a new role as assistant director of international admission, South Asia, at the University of San Francisco. With over a decade of experience spanning advertising, branding, and international student recruitment, he brings creativity, cultural fluency and a student-first mindset to his work. After starting his career in marketing communications, Prathamesh followed his passion for international education—supporting students from across South Asia during his time at Ohio University and now at USF. He holds a master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Leeds University Business School, UK. Based in Mumbai, Prathamesh thrives on connecting with students, exploring new places, and meeting new people along the way.
