ConexED, US. Peter Phippen joined Salt Lake City startup ConexED earlier this year. ConexED brings together appointment scheduling, video meetings, online tutoring, course instruction, queuing, and case management into one powerful system. The company’s web-based software suite allows universities to improve overall efficiency, see more students, and lower overall costs. Peter was previously the Director of Recruitment for China & South Asia at EC Higher Education. Peter is also a co-founder and managing partner for Rekruut, an organisation aimed at building international transfer strategies for universities throughout the globe. Peter acts as an advisor and strategist for Brighter Ed, a growing international recruitment partner for institutions in the US, Canada and Europe. Peter has previously worked with the Mezun Group, Admission Table, Chegg, Old Dominion University and Hangzhou Dianzi University in China. He is fluent in Chinese and regularly speaks at major conferences.
