Global Education Recruitment Standards Authority (GERSA), UK. Paige Grinter has joined the Global Education Recruitment Standards Authority (GERSA) as a founding director. Paige is an international education specialist with more than a decade of operational and student-facing experience. She spent over 10 years at Kaplan International Languages in the UK and Ireland, where she held a series of roles in accommodation and welfare before becoming operations manager, leading a team of 30+ staff across 10 schools. In 2022 she took on a time-limited project as director of corporate social responsibility and assistant to the CEO, designing and implementing a CSR strategy that went on to win a Corporate Engagement Award. Paige later served as senior manager for Global Operations at Kaplan Languages Group, supporting schools in North America, UKI and Europe, and is now Growth & Partnerships Manager at specialist accommodation provider Student Luxe, building collaborations to support international students during their study abroad experience. Paige brings to GERSA her strong focus on student welfare and her belief in the transformative power of education and cultural exchange.
