British Study Centres, UK: Nicola Whyley returns from maternity leave to the role of Head of Sales (Western Europe & Latin America), a position in which she assumes overall responsibility for the agency sales team, but which also allows her to focus more closely on agency sales from Western Europe and Latin America. Nicola oversees a team of three Regional Managers and works alongside newly appointed regional Heads of Sales for MENA & Turkey, Russia & CIS and also East Asia and China. She’ll also be responsible for agency sales of adult business from Italy. Nicola joined the BSC Manchester school in 2010 when it was Manchester Academy of English. In the coming months, she’ll focus on building a strong team of expert sales managers and gaining market share across the region, as well as optimising internal processes and systems to improve the overall agent experience.
