Truro High School for Girls, UK. Nicola Dudley has joined Truro High School for Girls as its new head, beginning in September 2026. Nicola previously worked at  MTM Consulting, where she advised independent schools, following two headships of girls’ schools, at Surval Montreux, Switzerland and Queen Margaret’s in York. She has spent her career in independent schools in the UK and abroad and is a strong advocate for girls’ education. Upon her appointment, Nicola said: “I am delighted to be joining such a warm and welcoming community. I have been impressed by the energy and creativity of Truro High School. All-through excellence, where academic ambition is coupled with richness of opportunities beyond the classroom, inspires and enables the girls to flourish.”
