Kaplan International Pathways, Global. Lydiah Igweh has recently started as Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Kaplan International Pathways. Her role will be to inform strategy and implement Pathways’ strategic EDI objectives, driving forward its approach to creating an inclusive culture and a sustainable impact on the organisation, the staff, students and communities it serves. Lydiah will also develop and cultivate the implementation of the Kaplan Pathways race equality action plan. Lydiah has worked in the public and private sectors in senior leadership positions, including at Oxford Brookes University and Brunel University.  She specialises in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education and DE&I. Her podcast, Race Forward Pod, shares global DE&I insights to foster inclusive leadership and organisations, and she is an Advance HE EDI Strategic Advisory Group member.
