Shorelight, US. Logan Powell has been appointed chief financial officer at Shorelight, a company helping institutions attract, enrol and support international students. He will lead Shorelight’s financial strategy as the company expands its geographic footprint and diversifies its portfolio of student options. Logan brings significant operating and financial experience to the role, along with a proven track record of helping organisations scale both organically and through acquisition. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer and previously global chief financial officer of Puttshack. He also serves as executive sponsor at Palingenix Equity and previously was a partner at Copper Beech Capital. Throughout his career, Powell has led strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and financial operations across high-growth organisations.
