IDP Education, Canada. Livia Castellanos has joined the IDP Education as vice president of external affairs, Canada. With 25 years of experience in international education, Livia has held senior roles in Canadian universities, government, and the private sector. She most recently served as VP of marketing, recruitment & admissions for Navitas University Partnerships North America and has been actively involved with Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC), Inter-American Organisation of Higher Education (IOHE) and Canadian Bureau of International Education (CBIE). Originally from Mexico, Livia came to Canada as an international student and now calls Regina, Saskatchewan home. “In this new role, I will be working with governments across Canada to further the advocacy for international education. In addition, I will collaborating with national and provincial associations to support Canada’s brand repositioning,” said Livia on LinkedIn.
