British International School of Charlotte (BISC), US. Liam Strachan has been appointed as the next principal of the British International School of Charlotte, beginning in the 2026–27 school year. Liam brings over 15 years of educational experience to the role, including more than a decade with Nord Anglia Education. He joins BISC from the British International School of Boston, where he served as dead of lower school and a member of the senior leadership team. With a leadership approach grounded in strong relationships, excellent teaching and learning, and a deep sense of community, Liam is passionate about ensuring every student is known, supported, and able to thrive.
