Embassy of Switzerland in India. Leena Arora Kukreja has been appointed as the science and technology counsellor at the Embassy of Switzerland in India. In this key role, Leena will lead government-to-government collaborations in research, innovation, and education between the two nations. Swissnex is a network of outposts and offices managed by the Swiss state Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). Leena’s previous roles include leadership positions within the Swedish, UK, and Australian governments, where she focused on building collaborative initiatives in science and innovation. Her appointment will bolster ties between India and Switzerland in these crucial sectors.
