Oxford International Education Group, UK. Josh Rubin has joined Oxford International Education Group as its new chief operating officer (COO). Josh brings both extensive experience from both global education sector and commercially focused leadership roles outside of it. Josh’s appointment into this newly created role aims to enhance growth acceleration by scaling innovation & realising synergies. Josh joins Oxford International from Enfuse Group, where he served as director and chief growth officer. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Study Group, including in the role of executive vice president of university partnerships. Upon starting his new role, Josh said: “I look forward to bringing my sector experience to accelerate growth across both the UK and Australasia, as well as working on the Digital Institute. I see lots of exciting opportunity to bring additional and innovative offerings to international and domestic students and university partners, leveraging the leading portfolio of education products across Oxford International.”
