Pearson, global. Jon Dixon has joined Pearson as business development manager for PTE Academic in Australia and New Zealand, based in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, Jon will focus on driving PTE sales across key education agent and migration segments, establishing PTE preparation courses, and identifying new growth opportunities. Prior to joining Pearson, Jon led international student recruitment for the University of Melbourne across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the UK. He has also held senior sales and marketing roles in the private language education sector and was team leader – business development at Navitas. Jon brings extensive global experience in international education to Pearson. Jon said: “I’m excited to be joining Pearson and contributing to the growth of PTE Academic across ANZ.
