ETS, US. John Clark is the new director of strategic marketing for the TOEFL exam at ETS. John previously served in a market intelligence role at ETS, where he analysed trends in global mobility – from government policies to migrant preferences to macroeconomic shifts – that impact the flows of students and workers. John also taught a university course for several years in Chicago.
