Nido Living, Spain. Jeremy Marcazzan has been appointed chief commercial officer at Nido Living. The appointment follows Nido’s acquisition of Livensa, where Jeremy was senior director of operations. In his new position, Jeremy will oversee the merged company’s commercial strategy, which is targeting growth to 25,000 beds across key university towns within Iberia, Germany, and Italy. Jeremy brings almost three decades’ global experience across student housing and hospitality, including at The Social Hub, a Dutch B-Corp that has pioneered hybrid hotels, living and working across Europe. He most recently played a central role in shaping Livensa’s position as Iberia’s leading developer and operating brand, helping expand the platform, previously owned by Brookfield Asset Management, to 9,000 beds across Spain and Portugal. Jeremy said: “The integration of Nido and Livensa creates a unified platform with the scale and ambition to redefine student living across Europe. The amazing team we have and our shared commitment to driving innovation and service is matched only by the market opportunity we see across Europe’s key university locations.”
