In this role, Jay leads strategic go-to-market initiatives and academic engagement at the intersection of higher education and EdTech innovation. With over 25 years of experience, he most recently spent 14 years at ETS, where he served as interim country manager for Korea and director of academic relations for Asia. Jay is a highly influential figure in the region; as of March 2026, he was ranked the #1 LinkedIn Creator for education in Korea and recognised as one of the Global Top 100 Higher Education Voices on LinkedIn. Jay has also held leadership roles at Kyung Hee University and Chung-Ang University.
