Virtual Internships, US. Originally from England, Jade Poduska graduated in Law from the University of Greenwich and moved to the US where she fostered her passion for learning and development, completing an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Phoenix. Jade has more than 10 years of experience with Southern New Hampshire University, DeVry Education Group and Apollo Education Group, working closely with Fortune 100 corporate partners to develop innovative workforce solutions and creating unique ways to solve challenges in talent acquisition, up-skilling, and access to education by focusing on community ecosystems and career pathways. Jade is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and is an active member of Society for Diversity, believing that access to education and career opportunities is key to improving social determinants of health and strengthening underserved communities. As Global Head of Strategy and Innovation, Jade will continue to work with corporate partners to support strategic initiatives by creating access to career pathways with innovative solutions designed for the 21st century workforce.
