Griff Ryan has started a new position as head of transnational education at UUKi. Griff has six years of experience working for UUKi in a range of roles, starting as a policy intern in 2018, and working on TNE from 2018 to 2021. Prior to his role as Head of TNE, Griff was policy advisor for global mobility, working to position the UK as the destination of choice for international students, and to widen access to international opportunities for UK students. In his new role, Griff leads UUKi’s work with universities, government and international partners to support the delivery of high-quality UK degrees around the world. His role encompasses policy development, research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. “I’m excited to reengage with old friends working in the TNE space and to get stuck in supporting our member universities as they meet the growing global demand for UK degrees,” said Griff.
