The Forum on Education Abroad, US. Enda Carroll has joined the Forum as its new head of European engagement consultant. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of education abroad, Enda brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to fostering international partnerships. On sabbatical from the University College Dublin, Enda provided broad strategic leadership for global study abroad and student mobility. As associate director, she regularly collaborated with UCD’s Schools and Colleges, managing relationships with key partners in Europe, North America and globally. A decade ago, she established UCD’s first North America Global Centre in New York City. This new position builds on a significant milestone in The Forum’s history: the first time a board chair was based at a member institution outside the US. “I’m honored to take on this new project and continue building bridges across Europe,” said Enda: “The Forum’s mission resonates deeply with my own values, and I look forward to expanding Forum membership, deepening engagement, and creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration and professional development.”
