WCBS, UK. Emma has joined WCBS as chief executive officer. WCBS supplies school information management systems to independent schools in the UK and overseas. Emma is a software industry expert, previously Operations Director at software specialist Advanced in Bournemouth, during which time she led the transformation of customer service across the business. She was also a Managing Director of information technology company IPL in Bath (now part of Civica Digital), responsible for the £14m commercial business unit. Emma’s appointment comes at a time when the company is developing its position internationally, particularly in China.
