Pearson, Global. Emma Currie has been appointed as the head of marketing for ANZ & SEA at Pearson, overseeing English Language Learning, including the Institutional, Corporate and PTE divisions. A marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the education sector, Emma has been with Pearson since 2012, previously holding a variety of marketing positions. Her extensive experience includes working with institutions, professional bodies, educators and students within the international education landscapes of Australia and South East Asia. In her new role, Emma will lead a combined English Language Learning team combining the marketing teams in South East Asia with the Australia and New Zealand team. Emma said: “I’m excited to lead this joined-up team and am committed to fostering collaboration and synergy among the different regional marketing groups… I’m looking forward to creating a cohesive, regionally attuned marketing strategy, leveraging the strengths and expertise of team members to deliver impactful results across the region.”
