Emelyn A. dela Peña has assumed the role of president & CEO of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE). With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Emelyn is a nationally recognised leader who will spearhead NADOHE’s strategic vision to support its membership and advance the organisation’s commitment to equal access, opportunity, fair representation, and full participation nationwide. Prior to this role, she served as vice president for diversity, equity, and inclusion at Loyola Marymount University, where she led campus-wide strategies that earned the university national recognition. Her distinguished career includes senior leadership roles at Stanford University, Harvard College, Washington University in St. Louis, and UC San Diego.
