Oxford International Digital Institute, UK. Ella Soper has been appointed senior vice president, global sales – English language testing at Oxford International Digital Institute. Ella will lead the global commercial strategy for the organisation’s language testing division, driving international growth, market expansion and the adoption of Oxford ELLT and Oxford ELLT Spotlight across higher education, government and industry. She joins from IDP Education, where she led the global launch and commercialisation of an AI-powered English proficiency test, and has also held senior leadership roles at Pearson Online Learning Services. Ella brings more than 15 years’ experience in language assessment, digital learning and international higher education and holds a PhD from the University of Toronto.
