Brunel University of London, UK. Deby Okoh has recently been appointed regional manager, Africa, at Brunel University of London, with a campus-based position. Deby previously served as regional manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at UEA, based in Nigeria, and brings over 17 years of international education experience to the role. In her new position, Deby will execute conversion initiatives and produce statistical reports on conversion, enrolment and student progression from Africa. She has also recently been appointed co-chair of BUILA’s Africa Regional Interest Group where she will contribute to recruitment strategies and policies for the association. Upon starting her new position at Brunel, Deby said: “This role is a great opportunity to work with colleagues, partners and students across the region to strengthen Brunel’s presence. I’ll be focusing on expanding opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and supporting students in their academic and professional journeys.”
