David, who is also chair of Envirosuite (ASX:EVS), brings more than 35 years of experience in financial services and emerging technologies, with extensive merger & acquisition and IPO experience in the UK and Australia. His previous stints include Cooper Investors, Kepa Financial Services, GPS Wealth, Pacific Environment, and Centrepoint Alliance (ASX:CAF).
