Universitas 21, global. Professor David Garza, rector and executive president of Tecnológico de Monterrey (Tec), has been announced as the new chair of the Universitas 21 network. David is the first Latin American chair in the organisation’s history, taking on the role from Professor Shearer West, the outgoing vice-chancellor and president of the University of Nottingham.
