Dan Swan has recently started a new role as commercial director at Student Roost, leading the company’s revenue and sales to deliver leasing performance across its nationwide PBSA portfolio. Dan joined Student Roost seven years ago as revenue manager, building the revenue management function from the ground up and progressing through several senior positions, before recently expanding his role as Commercial Director. In his current role, Dan also focuses on navigating the evolving UK higher education landscape whilst continuing to provide a supportive living experience for students.
