Birmingham Institute of Fashion & Creative Art, China. Cheryl has been appointed Assistant Dean, the most senior Birmingham City University academic and manager in Wuhan, leading all operational aspects of the institute’s collaboration with Wuhan Textiles University. Ensuring that the Birmingham Institute of Fashion & Creative Arts offers a vibrant, achievement-focused culture, Cheryl will also develop the Institute’s strategic development plan. She previously led the development of the University of Southampton’s Dalian campus before she moved to Birmingham City University last year, where she was China Regional Director. Cheryl has also worked on several different transnational programmes for the University of Central Lancashire.
