Lincoln Community School, Ghana. Chelsea Dullea has joined Lincoln Community School as the new school counselor for grades 10-12 and as a Theory of Knowledge (TOK) teacher. With over 25 years of experience in student support and 14 years in secondary school counselling, Chelsea, an aspiring school leader, has spent 10 of those years in Southern and Eastern Africa, specifically in Mozambique, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. Chelsea is excited to bring her international school experience to West Africa and can’t wait to learn from her colleagues in Ghana. Chelsea emphasised her commitment to children’s rights and student voices, stating, “I offer a humanistic perspective to the needs of learners. I work hard to be a bridge between the school systems and the students. In addition to taking my professional responsibilities seriously, I also bring a healthy dose of levity and laughter to what can be challenging work.”
